Tim is a Senior Dam Safety Engineer for Seqwater, with over 15 years of experience in both dam safety and water resource engineering. As a qualified civil engineer with RPEQ status, Tim’s experience includes working for dam asset owners Seqwater and Sunwater, the Queensland Dam Safety Regulator, as well as for multiple engineering consultancies within the private sector both in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Throughout his career, Tim has been directly involved with every aspect of dam safety management, including engineering inspections and assessments, operations and emergency planning and response, as well as dam improvement and rectification works. In his role at Seqwater, Tim provides dam safety operational management of Seqwater’s Referable Dams portfolio.

With 25 years of consulting engineering experience, Colleen is a trusted leader in the dams industry. She has served as Project Director on complex dam engineering and hydropower projects across Australia and internationally, and managed teams of dam and tunnelling engineers in the role as former Business Group Leader. Colleen is a people-focused leader, and has a strong passion for sharing knowledge of emerging dam engineering technologies, and training and coaching junior staff. She is currently the Deputy Chair of ANCOLD and is a co-opted member of ICOLD’s technical committee for Operation, Maintenance and Rehabilitation of Dams.
Siraj has over 30 years’ experience in the water industry, ranging from engineering designs and construction to policy development and regulation. Siraj has worked in a number of roles including risk and emergency management, critical infrastructure resilience, climate change mitigation and adaptation and dam safety regulation.
Siraj has contributed to the development and review of a number of ANCOLD guidelines and is a member of the ICOLD’s climate change technical committee. He has presented on dam safety matters at national and international forums.

Yuqi is a PhD-qualified geotechnical and dam engineer with proven experience in tailings and embankment investigation, design and construction.
He worked on facilities in Australia, Asia and South America. He is experienced in geotechnical investigations, geotechnical design, seismic response analysis, soil liquefaction assessment, critical state soil mechanics and reliability-based design of infrastructures.
He is currently serving as the deputy chair of the Australian Geomechanics Society Victoria chapter and the ANCOLD Young Professional representative of the Northern Territory.

Brandon is a project manager specialising in dam upgrades and refurbishments. He has held previous dam owner roles specialising in water resources engineering, dam safety and dam data anayltics. Brandon is the current ANCOLD Emerging Professionals National Convenor where he leads a team of nine state reps. He is also one of seven elected YPs on the global ICOLD YPF Board, & represents Australia on both the ICOLD YPF and Capacity Building committees. Brandon is pasisonate about creating dam industry awareness, attracting future talent, mentoring & knowledge transfer initiatives, and recognising leadership & expertise.
