Helena is a Civil and Geotechnical Engineer and Project Manager with over a decade of experience in the water industry, specialising in dam infrastructure. Her career spans the full lifecycle of dam projects—from operations and dam safety, to investigations, design and construction. She brings a comprehensive and practical perspective to complex engineering challenges and a holistic understanding of the technical, environmental, and stakeholder complexities involved in managing critical water infrastructure.

Helena is a passionate advocate for knowledge sharing and professional development within the industry. She has previously held roles as the ANCOLD QLD Young Professional representative and ANCOLD assistant secretariat, and authored and coauthored several ANCOLD papers
