Katie Dodman obtained a degree in civil engineering from the University of Saskatchewan in Canada, where she focused her studies on structural engineering. Katie has worked for Klohn Crippen Berger (KCB) in their “Power and Transportation” business unit for just over 19 years. She started her career working on a combination of bridge infrastructure projects and hydropower projects before deciding to focus primarily on hydropower and dams. Katie was based in Vancouver, British Columbia until two years ago when she relocated to KCB’s Brisbane office to take on the role of Power and Transportation’s Manager of Hydropower and Dams in Australia.
